When should I reach out to start a project?
ASAP! A website depends on a lot of other items to assemble. We need to make sure you have copy, branding, and photos ready to roll! I’m always down to have a conversation even if you’re not going to be ready to book a start date for weeks or months.
How much is this gonna cost me?
It depends on the scope of your project. Most folks invest between $3K-$15K. To get a custom quote, inquire above.
Do you have payment plans?
You betcha. 50% is due prior to your project start date and the remainder is due at the 4-week mark. We can discuss a pre-payment plan if you need to break payments into smaller ones.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like it?
Let’s both assume you’re hiring me because you’ve seen what I’ve done for other people and you like my style. We put in a lot of work upfront to make informed decisions and you have all sorts of opportunities along the way to give feedback. So don’t worry, you’re not going to end up with a brand or website you don’t like.
Who do you work with?
Primarily service providers. In the past I’ve built brands and websites for coaches, therapists, fitness instructors, artist representation agencies, podcasters, coffee roasters, venture capitalists, AI tech startups, teachers, virtual conferences, photographers, and more!
I don’t much care about the industry, I just love working with cool folks. If that’s you, reach out!
What do I need to have ready to start a project?
For brand identity—you need to know who you are, what you do, who you work with, and how you do it.
For websites—you need brand identity (we can take care of that together if you don’t have it or it needs a refresh), website copy, brand photos.
What DON’T you do?
I do not take photos or write copy. However, I can hook you up with some pretty cool copywriters and brand photographers.
If I need to cancel, can I get my deposit back?
Nope. All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your spot on my calendar for the proper time to dedicate to your project. When booked, I may have to turn away other potential projects for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client.
